Important: DTF transfer powder and curing processes may produce fumes. Always operate the equipment in a well-ventilated area and avoid enclosed or poorly ventilated spaces.
- Use appropriate ventilation or an air purification system when processing transfer powder and curing ink.
- Follow the operating and safety instructions for your heat press, shaker oven or powder curing equipment.
- If you experience respiratory discomfort, dizziness or other symptoms during processing, stop immediately and move to an area with fresh air.
- Personnel working in the processing area should use appropriate protective equipment as recommended for the application.
- Keep the product away from children and unauthorized users.

Where does my order ship from, and how fast?
Orders ship from our Miami, FL location. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and depend on the carrier, order volume and, for large equipment, freight scheduling.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email info@makeitlabus.com or call (305) 721-0459 within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos or video. For large freight, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final. Damaged-in-transit and defective claims reported within 5 business days are reviewed, and unopened, unused supplies in sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery (a 30% restocking fee and shipping costs apply). Equipment and custom printed products are non-returnable. Read the full refund policy.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Eligible orders can be split into payments with Klarna or Affirm at checkout, and equipment can be financed with Clicklease. You can also pay with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card.
