Shipping policy

FOB Origin – Transfer of Responsibility

All shipments from Make It Lab are made on an FOB Origin, Freight Prepaid basis. This means that Make It Lab pays the cost of shipping; however, the buyer/receiver assumes responsibility for the goods at the point of origin (i.e., from the moment the carrier takes possession of the shipment).

Once the carrier takes possession of the order, Make It Lab is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or delay caused by the carrier or by circumstances outside of Make It Lab's control.

Estimated Delivery Times

Specifically:

•       Estimated delivery times are provided as general guidance and do not constitute a contractual delivery commitment

•       Large-format equipment and heat press orders may have extended lead times depending on current inventory and production schedules

•       High order volumes may impact production and fulfillment timelines

•       Make It Lab is not liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences arising from delays in delivery

Large-Format & Heat Press Equipment

Due to the size and specialized nature of large-format printing equipment and heat press machinery, the following conditions apply:

•       Freight shipments may require additional coordination for delivery; customers will be contacted to arrange delivery appointments where applicable

•       Customer is responsible for providing a safe, accessible delivery location

•       Inspect all freight shipments before signing the bill of lading; if damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt or refuse delivery

•       Shipping damage claims must be reported within 5 business days of delivery

Refusal of Delivery

If a package is refused for delivery for reasons other than visible shipping damage:

•       The customer will be responsible for all actual shipping charges incurred by Make It Lab

•       A credit will be issued to the original form of payment for the purchase price, less actual outbound shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee

•       This policy applies even if the original order qualified for free shipping

Incorrect Shipping Address

Packages returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to:

•       Additional reshipping charges at the customer's expense

•       These charges apply even under free-shipping promotions

•       If the customer does not contact Make It Lab to arrange reshipment, the order will be refunded less all shipping costs
