Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which makeitlabus.com and makeitlabpr.com collect, use, maintain, and disclose information collected from users of the Site. This policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Make It Lab.

Information Security

Make It Lab takes precautions to protect user information. When our order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers), that information is encrypted and protected with Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encryption software. While on a secure page, a lock icon appears in your web browser.

The servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment under restricted access.

Personal Identification Information

We may collect personal identification information from users in a variety of ways, including when users visit our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, or engage with other site features. We collect only the information voluntarily provided by users. Users may always refuse to supply personally identifying information; however, this may prevent them from engaging in certain site-related activities.

Catalog & Newsletter Communications

If a user wishes to subscribe to our catalog, newsletter, or similar communications, we ask for contact information such as name, address, and email address. Because we respect our users' privacy, we provide a way to opt out of these communications.

On rare occasions, it is necessary to send strictly service-related announcements (e.g., temporary service maintenance). Users may not opt out of these service-related communications; however, these are not promotional in nature.

Third-Party Links

This website contains links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage users to read the privacy statements of each website that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by Make It Lab.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy at any time. Any changes will become effective upon posting of the revised policy on our website. Use of the site following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
