Recommended Operating Conditions
For optimal printing performance, maintain an operating environment of approximately 68–89°F (20–30°C) with 50–80% relative humidity.
Important Care & Handling
- Handle the ink carefully when refilling to avoid staining clothing or other surfaces.
- The white ink tank has a 1000ml capacity, while the other ink colors have a 500ml capacity.
- Store ink at 41–95°F (5–35°C) to help maintain optimal performance.
- Shake white ink thoroughly before use to help prevent clogging or separation.
- For best results, use the recommended ink with the compatible xTool Apparel Printer.
- Using third-party inks may cause issues such as clogged printheads and may not be covered by the printer manufacturer's warranty.

Where does my order ship from, and how fast?
Orders ship from our Miami, FL location. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and depend on the carrier, order volume and, for large equipment, freight scheduling.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email info@makeitlabus.com or call (305) 721-0459 within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos or video. For large freight, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final. Damaged-in-transit and defective claims reported within 5 business days are reviewed, and unopened, unused supplies in sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery (a 30% restocking fee and shipping costs apply). Equipment and custom printed products are non-returnable. Read the full refund policy.
Can I pay over time?
