xTool F2 5W IR & 15W Diode Portable Dual Laser Engraver
Portable power for engraving, cutting and on-site customization.
The xTool F2 combines a 5W 1064nm infrared laser and a 15W diode laser in one compact machine, giving creators and small businesses the flexibility to engrave and cut a wide range of materials. Its portable design makes it ideal for home studios, craft fairs, retail stores, pop-up events and small-batch production.
Dual-Laser Versatility
The two laser technologies expand the range of materials and applications:
- 5W IR Laser: Designed for detailed engraving on metals and plastics, including stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, titanium alloys, plated metals, gold, silver and platinum.
- 15W Diode Laser: Suitable for cutting and engraving materials such as wood, paper, leather, MDF, felt and some dark opaque acrylics.
Fast & Precise
With engraving speeds of up to 6,000 mm/s, the F2 is designed for efficient production and repeatable batch workflows.
50MP Smart Camera
The built-in 50MP camera provides a real-time 1:1 preview of the workspace, making it easier to position designs accurately, reduce material waste and achieve consistent results. The system also supports autofocus, visual alignment and batch-processing workflows.
360° Rotary Engraving
With a compatible rotary accessory, the F2 can engrave cylindrical and ring-shaped products, including tumblers, mugs, rings and ornaments, with workpieces up to approximately 120 mm in diameter.
Expandable Workspace
The standard working area is 115 × 115 mm (4.5 × 4.5 in). With the Slide Extension, the workspace expands to 115 × 400 mm (4.5 × 15.7 in), making it suitable for larger projects and batch production.

xTool Studio
The F2 works with xTool Studio, xTool's all-in-one software for design, layout, material settings and machine control. The current xTool documentation states that the F2 runs on Windows and macOS and does not currently support LightBurn.
Built for Safe, Portable Operation
The F2 includes laser light protection, an emergency stop button, overheat protection and a built-in fan designed to vent smoke during operation.
