Orders ship from our Miami, FL location. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and depend on the carrier, order volume and, for large equipment, freight scheduling.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email info@makeitlabus.com or call (305) 721-0459 within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos or video. For large freight, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final. Damaged-in-transit and defective claims reported within 5 business days are reviewed, and unopened, unused supplies in sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery (a 30% restocking fee and shipping costs apply).
