General Policy – All Sales Final

All sales made through Make It Lab are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any equipment, machinery, or product categories covered under this policy except as expressly stated below.

Florida law does not require a retailer to accept returns of non-defective merchandise. Make It Lab exercises its right under Florida Statutes to maintain a no-return policy on all equipment and supplies. This policy is clearly disclosed at the point of sale, and by completing a purchase the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts these terms.

Equipment & Machinery – No Returns Accepted

All equipment and machinery sales are FINAL. Make It Lab does not accept returns on any equipment, large-format printers, heat presses, or machinery of any kind. This applies to:

•       All heat press machines

•       All large-format printing equipment

•       All DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing equipment and systems

•       All sublimation printers and equipment

•       Any other machinery or equipment sold by Make It Lab

In the event that a customer initiates a chargeback or dispute for an equipment purchase, the customer agrees that they are responsible for ALL of the following costs, which will be documented and pursued as permitted by Florida law:

•       30% restocking fee applied to the equipment purchase price

•       All original outbound shipping and handling costs

•       All return shipping and handling costs

•       All insurance and packaging costs for the return shipment

•       Any additional costs incurred by Make It Lab as a result of the dispute

Third-Party Brand Equipment – Manufacturer Warranty Only

For equipment bearing brands other than Make It Lab (including but not limited to equipment manufactured by third-party companies and resold by Make It Lab), the following applies:

•       Make It Lab acts solely as a reseller and is NOT responsible for warranty coverage on third-party branded equipment

•       All warranty claims for third-party branded equipment must be directed exclusively to the original equipment manufacturer

•       Make It Lab makes no representations regarding the warranty terms, coverage period, or claims process of any third-party manufacturer

•       Customers are advised to review the manufacturer's warranty documentation included with their equipment at the time of delivery

Supplies & Consumables – No Returns on Damaged/Defective Claims After Delivery

For supply items:

•       Unopened, unused supplies in original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to a 30% restocking fee plus all shipping costs paid by the customer

•       Opened or used supplies are non-returnable under any circumstances

•       Damaged-in-transit claims must be reported within 5 business days of delivery with photos/video evidence and carrier tracking documentation

•       Defective product claims are subject to manufacturer review and are not automatically eligible for return or refund

Custom / Personalized Print Products – No Returns or Warranty

By submitting files for custom print production, the customer expressly:

•       Approves all submitted files as-is at the time of order submission

•       Acknowledges that print quality and color accuracy are dependent on the quality, resolution, and color profile of the submitted files

•       Accepts that Make It Lab is not responsible for quality issues arising from low-resolution, incorrectly formatted, or poorly prepared customer files

•       Understands that any reprint is entirely at the discretion of Make It Lab and does not constitute a warranty obligation or guarantee

The customer's completion of the checkout process and submission of files constitutes a binding approval of the artwork and specifications. No refunds or reprints will be issued based on color variations resulting from monitor calibration differences, file preparation errors, or design decisions made by the customer.

DTF Printing – File Approval at Checkout

For DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing orders:

•       By completing checkout, the customer confirms and approves the submitted files for production exactly as provided

•       Make It Lab is not responsible for print quality issues that result from the quality of customer-submitted files

•       Color matching is approximate and depends entirely on the color profile and quality of submitted artwork

•       No warranty, guarantee, or refund applies to DTF orders where quality issues are traceable to the submitted files

Delivery Refusal & Incorrect Address

If a package is refused for delivery (for reasons other than visible shipping damage), the customer is responsible for:

•       All actual outbound shipping charges incurred by Make It Lab

•       All return shipping charges

•       A 30% restocking fee

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:

•       The customer is responsible for all additional shipping charges to reship the order

•       This applies even if the original order qualified for free shipping

•       If the customer does not contact Make It Lab to arrange reshipment, the order will be refunded minus all shipping costs and the 30% restocking fee

Damaged in Transit

If you receive a damaged item, you must contact Make It Lab Customer Support no later than 5 business days of receipt with photographic or video evidence. If there is extensive damage to the outer packaging, refuse delivery and contact Customer Support immediately.

How to Request an Eligible Return

To initiate a return for products that qualify under this policy, send an email to info@makeitlabus.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting documentation. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
