High-strength aluminum pen designed for sublimation. The inner components and functional parts, including the clip and clicker, are made of plastic and can be easily removed to help prevent damage during the sublimation process.

Application Tips
- Heat Press: 60–80 seconds at 220°C / 428°F
Note: Remove all inner and outer plastic parts before sublimating. You may need to rotate the pen and repeat the process on multiple sides to achieve full and even coverage.
- Oven: 4–6 minutes at 190°C / 375°F
Note: Remove all inner and outer plastic parts before sublimating. When using a conventional oven, it is recommended to place the sublimated item into room-temperature water immediately after heating to stop the sublimation process.
These settings are starting points only. Final time and temperature may vary depending on environmental conditions such as room temperature, humidity, airflow, season, equipment performance, and heating consistency. Always test and adjust settings as needed to find the ideal results for your setup.
